How to set up your business as a supplier
Our suppliers are critical to the success of our business so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to work with us. We’re using the latest digital technology to reduce administrative workload and streamline the way suppliers and contractors
work with Woodside.

The systems we use
What it’s used for
The SIP portal provides Technical Information for Suppliers and Contractors. SIP allows suppliers to access detailed technical information about our assets.
How to register
If you do not have a Woodside username and password, use the ‘Request access to the SIP’ form below. Remember to include your valid Woodside Contract or Purchase Order number. For troubleshooting, please contact [email protected]
What it’s used for
We use CLMS to manage supplier interactions and documentation, from the initial tender process to contract close-out.
What it’s used for
SAP Ariba is a cloud-based procurement, spend management and supply chain service. We use Ariba modules, including Network, Catalogues and We-buy.
Our Contractor Verification Service (CVS) is integral to keeping our people safe. The Contractor Verification Service (CVS) has been designed to ensure contractors executing work on Woodside-operated facilities are fit for work, trained and competent. Verification also allows us to meet our commitment to regulators. Qualifications required include:
- AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness and Fitness for Work (FFW) Medicals
- Certificates required for certain classifications by law or regulation
- Certificates for completion of Basic Offshore Survival & Emergency Training with an OPITO-certified issuing body
- Maritime Security Identification Cards
- High Risk Work Licences
