OVERVIEW

Woodside Louisiana LNG

Woodside Louisiana LNG (LALNG) is an under-construction, LNG production and export terminal in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. It is a high-quality, scalable development opportunity, with a total permitted capacity of 27.6 million tonnes per annum. Site construction has commenced on the project, which contemplates the construction of five LNG Plants through four phases. Bechtel is the selected engineering, procurement and construction contractor.

In April 2025, Woodside made a final investment decision to develop the foundational phase, which is comprised of a three train 16.5 Mtpa development.

Development of Louisiana LNG will position Woodside as a global LNG powerhouse, enabling the company to deliver approximately 24 Mtpa from its global LNG portfolio in the 2030s, and operating over 5% of global LNG supply.1
