In 2022, our EmBRace Employee Impact Group won the GRIT (Growth, Resilience, Innovation, Talent) Award for Best Employee Resource Group / Business Resource Group.
In 2023, Woodside had nine finalists in the GRIT Awards and four winners.
These awards are hosted annually in Houston by Ally Energy and recognise top leaders, talent and companies working towards the future of energy.
EmBRace again won an Award for Best Employee Resource Group / Business Resource Group. This award recognises the many contributions that EmBRace makes to promote racial equity at Woodside. Two more employee-led groups, Spark and Vibe, were finalists for this same category.
Jason Limerick won The JEDI Award, recognising the impact of active allies driving for a more inclusive work environment.
Brittney Marshall won The ESG and Climate Champion Award, recognising her work in the sustainability space as an Advisor for Climate Strategy and Policy at Woodside.
Woodside Energy was recognised with The Best Energy Workplace Award.
