Case Study - Harmony Day
The United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination is held on 21 March every year. In Australia, this is recognised broadly as Harmony Day. Led by the CALD Employee Impact Group, we recognise Harmony Day is about inclusiveness, respect and belonging for all, regardless of racial, cultural, faith, ethnic, or linguistic background. We use the day to recognise the value and strength derived from our multicultural, multiracial, multi-ethnic, multilingual, multi-faith (including non-religious) society and workplace.
