Case Study: Pride Shines Bright

The Progress Pride flag - embraced by the LGBTIQA+ community as a newer, more inclusive symbol of pride, has been painted on North Rankin A's West Crane Pedestal.

More than 150 operations staff and 350 contractors who work on NRC, will see it every time they cross the bridge from North Rankin A to North Rankin B.

It epitomises the inclusive pride of all on board, while working 135 kilometres off the coast of Karratha, in Western Australia.

An offshore family, united in their respect for inclusivity.

"The fact this is coming from our teams, talks to the culture we should all be proud of," said Breyden Lonnie VP North West Shelf.
